Today we’re celebrating six incredible years with our Embroidery Department Manager, Alivia Haise—someone who consistently turns needles, threads, and tight timelines into pure brand magic. From day one, she’s raised the bar on quality and craftsmanship, building processes that help keep projects moving, machines humming, and stitches flawless. If you’ve ever admired a perfectly aligned logo, a crisp satin stitch, or a complex applique that just hits, you’ve seen her standards at work.

Alivia's leadership shows up in the details and in the people. She mentors new team members with patience and pride, shares tips that only come from hands-on experience, and creates a calm, can-do environment even when the schedule is packed. She collaborates closely with design and sales to ensure every piece leaves our shop exactly as promised—color-matched, durable, and beautiful.

Over six years, she’s helped us streamline workflows, expand capabilities, and say “yes” to more ambitious projects—uniform programs, hats and jackets, specialty placements, you name it. Customers notice, too; their compliments often point back to the care and consistency she brings to every order.
