Here's a quick guide so you choose right the first time. 01 Material WHAT WEIGHT DO I NEED? Banners come in 13 oz, 15 oz, and 18 oz vinyl. Heavier material lasts longer outdoors and holds up in weather. For windy sites, add wind slits — they reduce sail effect and prevent tearing. 02 Distance & Size HOW BIG SHOULD THE LETTERS BE? At 30–60 ft viewing distance, you'll want 6–10" tall letters for clear visibility. The further the audience, the larger the text needs to be. We'll help you size it right. 03 Mounting & Hardware HOW DO I HANG IT? Most banners use grommets and zip ties for quick mounting.
